J&C Testing’s owner, Jeff Tingey, promptly came to my home and directly conceived a plan to update/revamp my old sprinkler system; he added a drip system to my flower beds, which greatly improved water usage. Soon after I signed off on the statement of work; Jose, the job foreman, and his crew arrived and immediately set to work. The entire crew were awesome throughout the project; they worked hard to meet all specifications. Jose was exceedingly thorough and especially courteous; he returned several times to follow up /adjust the heads if needed...more importantly to educate me on how to operate & maintain the sprinklers, J&C’s one year warranty and fall system flush is an added feature to their services.

The quote I received over the phone was the price I paid. The work crew arrived on time, worked through a snow storm, and did a great job. It's nice when a company dies goid wirk at a great value.

They came back and fixed the sod after I called them and let them know that I was dissatisfied with the closure of the hole. It looks great.

Charged $75 to replace one sprinkler head

Sam did an outstanding job communicating with us. Big thumbs up for keeping me well informed via text. Did all he could to get our job done in the time frame agreed. Big thumbs up - would do business again and have recommended to a couple of neighbors, who have also hired him.

We had an appointment for a time frame of 8-12. They never showed. We had to reschedule for the next day. They did come out and do the work for us the next day and we were fine with the work they did. We asked them to quote some additional sprinkler work that we needed to get finished before a patio project. They sent us a very generic quote that didn't include the areas that they were going to work on. It took two weeks of numerous calls and emails to get that second quote. When we got it, it was still messed up and double the price. The communication with this company is horrible. We've given up on this company to do the additional work.

The service and repair was good and the service person friendly to work with but asked for some suggestions on what might be done overall to stop spray from ruining all my windows with hard water and they did not get back to me. :(. I really don't know about the value for the money rating but couldn't submit this review without putting something down.

We needed someone we could trust to take care of our parents yard. J&C are not only trustworthy they do a good job for a great price.

Scheduled my lawn to be aerated over two weeks ago along with repairs on my sprinkler system. They scheduled me for May 5th and did come out and repaired my sprinkler system and told me they would come out the next day to turn it on to make sure everything was working alright. They have never come back out to do that and they did not aerate my lawn. Told me he didn't know anything about having my lawn aerated. Have not heard anything from them.

Just had them winterize my system in hopes to avoid problems next year. Seemed like they did a good job and they were nice. Will definitley try again for repairs.

Very happy with the install of my sprinkler system, They left the yard clean and neat. They took the time too explain how to operate the timer and how to adjust the sprinkler heads. Great Job Thanks Again to J & C testing and there crew.

A staff member contacted me promptly after I placed my issue. A tech was out within three days and I had a bid within 4 working days. I accepted the very fair bid, and the job was scheduled the next week. The work was done, they were very good at explaining everything that was done, the job was done under what the estimate was. I am very happy and am now on the season schedule for maintenance. Thank you J & C.

They did a great job. Cleaned up after themselves. The only reason I didn't give them all 5 Is because they had to reschedule or appt.

Before J&C I left a voicemail with two other companies. Both of which never called back. I then saw the Home Advisor commercial on DIY Network and logged on. Within minutes of me finding the lawn and garden help section I received a call from the Home Advisor team. Shortly after I spoke with them J&C's office manager called to schedule a time for a technician to come out the next day to assist. They quoted me a fair price per hour over the phone and when the tech came out he was here for about 30 minutes. They are very responsive to their customers, have awesome and efficient quality, and let me know what to expect to pay. Thanks, J&C.

I had called and left a message with J&C Testing the previous night about 11PM. I received a call back from Jeff about 7:45 AM. I explained the problem of a leaking main water pipe inside my home and having to turn the water off at the curb leaving the house waterless. Jeff & his helper arrived at 9 AM. They quickly diagnosed the problem and took expert corrective action repairing it. While he was here he fixied another minor plumbing problem that I identified. He was courteous and focused on his work. I asked for his business card for future reference and would recommend him to friends.

The boss came out and gave me a quote. The team sent to do the work were a bunch of young guys. They tore up my yard, what plants and flowers they did't dig up they stomped all over. There was mud and dirt everywhere, which they did not clean up and most annoying was the amount of rocks they left all over my lawn which I am still cleaning up before I can mow. They left a huge pile of dirt and rocks behind my house because they said they would have to charge extra to haul them away. As I was already paying $3,000 for what I consider a small yard I feel this was unfair. The sprinklers work so far, I guess that is the main thing.

It took a while, but overall job was excellent. Works fine. Workers were very good and we are happy with the system.
