J C Tile and Marble

Installed tile around fireplace several years ago. Needed some repairs as several tiles were loose. No response to calls or emails. Hired another tile contractor. And upon removing tile found that Jason had not used proper method installing tile. Adhesive was not troweled on, just sporadic blobs. Very substandard.. Too bad I cant attach photos

The work done was outstanding.

Very nice work. Very helpful. Got me done when I needed, which I know was hard for them to do. And they fixed everything so it worked well and to my satisfaction when they were done. Their response was quick and friendly. Went above and beyond. 5 stars all around for everyone. :)

Jason and his crew were fantastic. The old tile was removed and replaced with the granite it one day! Jason did all the template/fabrication process at his factory, not in our driveway. This saved so much down time in the kitchen. He also coordinated the plumber and electrician. We will be using him again for our bathrooms. If you had a category for 10 stars, I would give it to JC Tile and Marble. We were completely satisfied.

Jason and his staff from JC Tile were everything they said they were.On time, professional and very good at there job. Originally I was told 2 days to put the granite counters in, but Jason sent extra people and completed the job in one day.. JC Tile will be putting in new floors for me soon and I will let all my neighbors know what a great company this is! Thanks very much!

THIS GUY IS VERY PROFESSIONAL YET VERY PERSONABLE. HIS CREW ARE EXCEPTIONAL ITS A SMALL TIGHT COMPANY. THEY EXPALINED EVERYTHING EVEN HAD US DOWN TO THE SHOP TO SHOW US THE LAY-OUT. THIS IS ONE CONTRACTOR YOU WON'T HAVE TO WATCH. I HIGHLY RECOMENED HIM, TO CHOOSE ANYONE ELSE WOULD BE A MISTAKE.

I met Jason in person and he gave me a bid for tiling the kitchen and baths in my house. I am very pleased with the tile work of his employee Ricardo (so glad I decided to spend the extra money to put it on the diagonal). Jason seems to be busy with consistent jobs which seemed to be a good sign even in this economy. On a side note, another one of the contractors (NOT Jason) that ServiceMagic also recommended turned out to not have a valid license (even though the ServiceMagic page said it was valid) when I checked into it online, so I have started double-checking license numbers myself.

He quickly gave me a fair estimate. He dealt with supplier issues and completed the job on time and did a very good job.

Jason was very professional and on time with appointments. His price at first was a bit higher than another bid I had, however he took the time to go to the granite yard to find a piece of granite that would work for my job and match the competitors price. I felt very comfortable with him and he invited me to his shop to watch the work being done for my job, which made the experience all the better. I have a small breakfast bar that required corbels and his hide a corbel system is awesome, they can't be seen, as they are imbedded in to the plywood. The Black Galaxy granite is beautiful and I can't describe how happy I am with it and JC Tile!

This is the best experience I have ever had with a granite person! Jason walked into my house and knew immediately what color granite I was looking for (I was trying to match the color in my kitchen)! He was prompt in answering phone calls, on time for meetings, had excellent ideas for my difficult areas, delivered the countertop on time and did a perfect installation. I have had big difficulties in the past with tile and granite people doing less than good job. Jason was PERFECT! I highly recommend him without reservation! He is the BEST!
