Dwayne was very prompt in getting back to me with certain types and styles of tile. We exchanged text messages and phone calls. He is very prompt in his responses. He was pretty thorough, he sent me pictures, brought me real samples. I felt valued as a customer and he explained things well. He was reachable and would quickly reply back to me. The two man crew that was there worked very efficiently. I felt like they struck the right balance between time and quality. I was there the whole time, they took adequate lunch break, no dilly dally and there work pace was impressive.

They did a phenomenal job on my floor. I had LVP Luxury Vinyl Planks installed, they did such a good job, I called them back to install carpet. Juan was my installer and he was very efficient, neat and took pride in his work and did a good job.

They were professional, courteous and did an awesome job. They were on time, cleaned up after themselves and it was just an awesome experience that was truly one of a kind. I was able to get higher quality products for a lower price and it was just a win; win for my family and I! They did excellent and I would recommend them to all my friends.
