Severe communication issues (Doesn't respond to their phone calls or text messages from all 3 of their business numbers) Doesn't complete job or service that was initially reviewed and quoted. Make sure to get everything in writing/in a contract.

Had a tree removed from my yard. They were 15 mins early and had the Tree out within an hr. The stump gave them a little trouble do to the battery dying on the grinder but they got it back started and removed the stump. They cleaned the yard and were gone. Would definitely use them for further projects.

Spoke to J.C. around 5:00 PM yesterdat. They were at my house at 8:00 AM this morning. Job was completed by 9:00 AM. It took little less than an hourto cut the tree and remove the debris. Price very competitive.

Setting up the estimate was easy. Juan came to my house the same day and gave me a price. The price was competitive with other bids I received on the job. The team who came out to do the job were consummate professionals and they did excellent work - including cleanup of debris and woodchips outside after the job was done. Payment was easy. I used zelle. I am a satisfied customer. I would use 100% JC Tree again. Room for improvement: - Scheduling: it could have been smoother - but we were able to accomplish scheduling via text - which was great. - Floor protection: Additionally - If your tree is in back of your house, I would recommend talking upfront about laying down builder's paper to protect your floors as the tree is transported through the house and what kind of cost that would add to the job. I went to home depot and got some protective paper before the job started- not a big deal.

Jc corp estimator gave me a reasonable estimate. Within 20min, I got a call stating they had a previous job that finished early and if I wanted they can come start the job and complete it in 2 hours. They knocked off alot of money for the one time deal which made the deal too hard to resist. Long story short, I got the job done in less than 12hours after placing the request on Angi. Jc tree care ny corp was fast, stratigic, professional and friendly. Will use again if needed.

I canâ t say enough about JC Tree Care and the crew of guys who came to take down a 20 ft cedar leaning dangerously in my Brooklyn backyard. They came the day after I called, were right on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned everything up beautifully. Having to double park a big truck on a Brooklyn street could have been a huge headache, but they figured it out and managed traffic easily so I had no complaints from neighbors. The whole job was done within the time estimate quoted, and I couldnâ t be happier. Highly recommend!

HORRIBLE!!! If I could give JC Tree Care NY a negative rating, I would give Juan Carlos ten negative stars. We scheduled an appointment for Saturday, February 12th. I was running late; and as such, I advised Juan Carlos to start with the tree in the front of the house until my arrival to allow him entry to the backyard. Please note that my back yard is completely fenced-in and is secured with a Masters Lock. There is no other entry without the lock, or breaking down the fence. Please note that I forwarded Juan Carlos many updates (text messages) to let him know that I was late due to transportation issues, but that I was on definitely on my way. I even informed him that it might be best to proceed to another job, and that we can reschedule for another time. to finish the job. At some point, Juan Carlos stop responding to my text messages. As such, I thought that he decided to move on to another project. Upon arriving at my home, I saw that my fence had been dismantled and the metal links were broken as JC Tree Care NYs workers were physically in my backyard cutting down the wrong tree. It is important to note that I have pictures, video and a witness to verify my complaint. Upon speaking with Juan Carlos, and inquiring why he would tear down and destroy my fence, he indicated that it was because "you were running late." This was completely unacceptable. Juan Carlos was not only unprofessional and rude, he took no responsibility for his actions, and blamed the homeowner for his illegal and unacceptable behavior. Please note that I will be filing a civil complaint against JC Tree Care NY for trespassing and the destruction of property. I will also file a complaint with other local and national agencies. Juan Carlos' actions were based on nothing more than greed. His response "We did the job the same way any other tree company." I do not know of any tree company in America that would trespass, dismantle and destroy a customer's personal property, only to cut down the wrong tree without the customer's knowledge or approval. I would advise potential customers to beware!

Juan Carlos called me back immediately, came when he said he would, and kept the communication lines open. He did a fabulous job trimming our trees, and the price was very reasonable! In fact, he included more work for a lower price than his competitors! Would definitely recommend this company again!

Fast response! Great service! They cut down a 25-ft tall dead tree in my backyard and removed it within 90 minutes. Highly recommended!
