Contractor bid entire job was paid down payment. Then started making excuses why he was not showing up. Then asked for more money because he cut trees... Gave him $500 more and he has not been back.. Never finishing the project. He never started on the landscaping. Now I must find another contractor to complete the original work..Beware of this co. if you are thinking of hiring. Make sure everything is written.

"Sir I'm very sorry but you received two separate quotes for two separate jobs. You did not pay for the first job upon completion as we agreed so consequently I did not begin the second job. Also I showed up three days in a row and performed your tree job start to finish and also cleaned up limbs from other trees in your yard free of charge. I don't believe it is fair to give me a poor rating due to you not holding up your end of our agreement. Again I'm sorry you feel the way you do."

Lawn Care Maintenance and Mowing
I felt it was a little expensive but on the other hand they did a great job considering what condition my lawn was in. I did not have anything to compare to $ WISE. bOB Kolb. It was a young man and he was polite and showed up and did job on time even though he was fighting the weather. he is going to do it for me next week also.
