They came in and fixed our phone system and it is working great. The only problem I have is that the technician was suppose to get back in touch for some additional business and it's been over a week and I have not heard back. Tried to email them, but it was invalid. I have their number but I do not think I will be calling because they cannot remember to follow up on service.

They came when we needed them. Little wait time. Assessed the problem and told us the solution \, at which point we accepted their offer and they came the next day and installed our present new Inter-tel system/instruments. While installing the equipment they came aware of additional problems, but did not stop installing. Once they were finished they discussed what further they needed to do to assure a safe and usable system. Our owner has been or will be in contact with them to discuss further correction and safety issues.
