Good work and quick to make remedies

after they were almost done I called 2 separate times about deficiencies and they made the necessary remedies to satisfy us. truly happy with the final product

I'm very pleased with their work. They are very professional. I had my flooring changed to 16×16 ceramic tile and put Quartz in my kitchen countertops....looks so beautiful....I love it. The price is very reasonable. I already recommended them to my friends and family. I'm extremely satisfied. Evelyn

Workers are not English speaking. It was hard for me to communicate. I have to communicate with the owner/boss which is not a good customer service. I also bought the tiles and fixtures except the bathtub. It's still too expensive, its literally same price for having it all done complete without me buying my own material.

Licensed contractor in charge of projects needs to approve tile layout plan prior to installation so their installers as well as the homeowner knows the total number of tile needed for the project. There are multiple tile layout/square footage calculators available online so this should be basic tile-laying 101. We requested an appointment to review the project but it was cancelled by Oriental Cabinet & Granite, LLC. The contract we signed equaled $25/sq.ft which seemed reasonable for 2 small bathrooms to demo & install approx. 132 sq. ft of 20x20 porcelain tile. However, when the tile installers arrived, they only provided mortar/thin set & tile spacers for the project - we had to purchase grout, sealer, adhesive & rubber floor molding. This was not specified or discussed in the contract. Additionally, the tile installers discarded all remaining tile pieces on the first day and then did not have enough tile on the second day; thus, we had to purchase trim tile in a different color in order to have an acceptable finished project. The finished project was unable to be completed as planned, leaving 14 inches of untiled drywall beneath the ceiling in the shower. However, overall workmanship & precision tile cuts by the installers was very good and saved the project from total disaster. We requested a credit for the untiled portion in the shower but were only given $100 reduction in total price.

Oriental Cabinet and Granite are a very reliable company .They do good work.
