Owner very professional. Crew left some trash and nails but made a concerted effort to cleanup before dark. Looks great...quality seems great also.

The subcontractor didn't come prepared and had to come back to fix multiple leaks. Subcontractor didn't want to do some of the work. Cost seemed too high for what was done.

Excellent immediate prompt service even though it was over the July 4th holiday since it was leaking rainwater.

The crew did leave some debris behind (bags, shingles that had blown into the yard); otherwise, I was very pleased with the work. Mr. Cross is just an awesome person to work with! It was such a pleasure speaking with him and getting his advice on the right roofing material for my home - very honest and professional. I have another home and will most assuredly use J. Cross Roofing & Construction again!

It was a roof repair

I did not know what I was doing so Mr. Cross took care of everything. He was very professional, and patient. I had 2 different business trips planned and he worked around both with no problem. They Scheduled the work. the workers showed up early in the morning and worked all thru the day so as to complete the job in one day. Thankfully they did because it rained that night and we found no leaks. I love the look of my new roof. Mr. Cross also fought to get my shed replaced along with my house so they would match. Thank You Mr. Cross

JC explains the process very well and takes the time to make sure the buyer understands. The estimate was exactly the charged amount. JC had a crew onhand within a week to perform the work as was discussed. I thought there was an issue near the chimney and JC came over to inspect. I would recommended JC to my best friends.

I would highly recommend J. Cross Roofing. I was able to speak with the owner within minutes of submitting my request to Home Advisor and scheduled the first visit very quickly. When they came out, they were very professional and punctual. After investigation of my roof....they gave me an honest opinion of what was needed and what was not needed. The repair occurred as scheduled and the work was finished when they said it would be finished. If you're looking for an honest and reliable company for roofing, I highly recommend J. Cross.

The storm the night of November 17 created significant damage to our roof. Based on the reviews on Homeadvisor.com, I chose J. Cross Roofing. Mr. Cross met with me a day later and explained each and every detail of the insurance claim and estimates; no questions were left unanswered. His professionalism and courtesy were exceptional. The day of the installation, he and his crew arrived early and worked late into the day. They were careful and cleaned up after the job was completed. Overall, this experience with J. Cross Roofing is one that I have already recommended to others. After the rain this holiday weekend, NO leaks! We are very satisfied with the care and the consideration and the quality of the work.
