Justin came in and in just a little while had my broken traverse rod down, fixed, and back up. He rehung the drapery and cleaned up the area very nicely. Nice person to work with. My only complaint is when he drove off his ladder fell off his truck onto my driveway and he hasn't come back for it - that was 2 weeks ago.

did not give me a receipt as promised. Text at least a couple of times no answer. Cannot be relied on when it comes to customer service. I'm not sure how long the quality of his work last...Cannot be trusted

quick summary: Justin did an outstanding job fixing my blinds. i highly recommend him and will definitely use his services again details: my Bali blinds snapped a cord. Justin took the unit apart and quickly identified the problem. Despite the poor design of the blinds, Justin was able to work with it and provide a solid fix. I hereby declare Justin a Certified Bali Blind Service Man lol. The project was definitely challenging but Justin put in the extra effort to make sure the blinds are well fixed and work properly. I'd definitely hire him again!

Justin called ,hours after I requested help,set up appt and was able to do the work on the weekend. Fast ,clean work. Job well done! Most likely would hire him again if work came up.

Justin was great! He was early, both days, and when there was an unexpected glitch in the project, he was able to roll with it. We ha a hole in our ceiling because of a plumbing leak fix, and now it looks better than new. I would definitely hire him again for any other issues that may arise at a later date.
