The senior technician, Doc, was able to make my appointment early and did so with my approval. He has had more than 25 years experience in HVAC repair. He is agreeable and pleasant and very professional. His diagnostics were quick and right on target. Repair was efficiently executed. My unit now is working perfectly and I couldn't be more pleased with the service. When we discussed a preventative maintenance, the price he quoted was so agreeable that I purchased this year's contract on the spot. Service visit, parts and repair price was more than reasonable. I am very pleased with J.C. Heating & Air. Our household now has an HVAC service company that we will definitely use for any upcoming needs. I highly recommend this company.

On time, professional and personable. A/c was fixed in minutes. I called him back a couple of days later because it felt warm again. He came right out and checked everything out. Not in a rush at all. We realized that it was my thermostat. He recommended that I just keep an eye on it and call him that evening. He came out again the next day and checked everything again. I had a new thermostat on hand, but he said to leave the old one in and just compensate for the difference in the temp. which was easy to do, because he would have to charge me to put the new one in. I appreciated that advice, which saved me money. T.J. is one of the good guys! We need more of them! Thank you T.J.

He came on time on Monday and gave me an estimate, with several options. I hired him right away, best price and reviews, and my heat pump was installed on Wednesday. Again he was on time. Additional items were needed to complete my installation, and the crew stayed around until the job was complete.

I felt he did a complete job , checked out air conditioner gave me recommendation as to further servicing.

Very friendly. Gave a number of possible solutions and their pros/cons. Recommended doing only the work that was absolutely necessary, and inquired if I wanted to do the rest.

Early contact problem. Contractor was prompt on scheduled date, work performed on time and at good price. Would use him again

I hired this company 4 years ago to install a new package HVAC unit. At that time the install was ok, but a year later I discovered that they wired the thermostat incorrectly so the unit was not being controlled as efficiently as designed. A month ago this A/C unit leaked Freon due to a manufacturer defect. J.Cs was not helpful and stopped answering our calls. We went to another company which convinced the manufacturer to cover a portion of the repair costs. J.Cs does NOT stand behind their service and products. I strongly suggest looking for another HVAC company.
