Schraer was recommended as an authorized service repair for my mini split units. I got an appointment within a couple days, the communication was timely, I was notified when the tech was on his way, and the invoicing was efficient. Chris was knowledgable and did a thorough investigation of the issues, fixed what he could and gave options on what nexts steps should be. I highly recommend this company! Guess that never posted- update 6/2026 Once again Schraer to the rescue! Ben was thorough and explained everything and was prompt as well!! What we thought was a minor check turned into a big fix. Trust them explicitly. Thanks again Schraer!!

Cole just completed our annual HVAC maintenance and he consistently exceeds our expectations. This is the second time we’ve had Cole as our rep and he is always so friendly and professional. Cole even found a small gas leak and had the utilities company come out immediately to address it. We greatly appreciate Cole’s attention to detail and friendly attitude!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this amazing company! My daughter and I had been without a furnace for over 6 years. We used space heaters in the bedrooms, bathroom and kitchen, but the rest of the house stayed cold. Along with that, I had a constant fear of an electrical fire resulting from the units, because last year a young mother and her baby died in a house fire down the street from us, most likely caused from a space heater. When Schraer came to our home that offered to install gas furnace free off charge that was just sitting in their shop! We are truly Blessed and Grateful for their kindness and generosity! There are good people out there in the world, and the owners and employees of Schraer Heating and Cooling are some of best!

I called them about a worrisome noise coming from my system — one that I could only describe through a few rather vague and comical sound effects. Despite my less-than-technical explanation, their technician quickly understood exactly what I meant, found the issue, and had it fixed in no time. Their professionalism, responsiveness, and ability to solve the problem so efficiently (and with good humor!) made the whole experience stress-free.
