There was confusion at first but they did a very good job

Good at what he does. Came in, gave a good price and started right away on a Saturday.

They were fast installing a concrete pad for a shed. They took a while to come remove the form, but the price was good and the quality seemed okay.

They were great in meeting my urgent time-frame for installation. The iron and wood fence look great. The initial clean up was poor. Dirt, debris and concrete was left behind from the digging up of the fence posts. Customer service was great the first time I called to correct a few minor issues but not all addressed. They did not follow-up the second time I called.

I had a broken fence post that needed to be replaced. I got a careful free estimate, and an appointment to have the work done. James Dinges and his crew did a quality, professional job of replacing the post. The only thing that could have been improved was to be kept better informed why there were delays and when they were going to arrive for the work.

Great job. On time and excellant work.

They got my fence built in less than 2 days. Very professional.

even though it took me awhile before i was able to get the work done, when i called JDCC (out of a total 3 companies), they were very courteous in providing me immediately with a written estimate that matched the engineer's report, something which i could give to my credit union to ask for the funds to complete the project. JDCC not only made suggesstions as to how to resolve the foundation problems, but also drainage concerns. permit was pulled, work was begun, completed in 2 days, and final inspection passed. JDCC worked with both of my neighbors to get the drainage concerns corrected. I have already recommended this company to others

Did a serviceable job.

They did a good job in the end. But were late to start the job without notice to us. I would use them again, but make sure they understand the need to followup.

The contractor wanted to get paid before the work was finished, he said he had pay his workers before the bank closed, yet he had not finished the project. I found that offensive and just want the gate, lock, the closure on the outside of the gate versus the inside of the gate. And he didn't use quality fencing materials, I mean, it just looks cheap. Some of the pieces he had put up, still have the wood bark on the outside of them and I thought that was tacky. So I just didn't appreciate his workmanship, his quality control. He had 2 guys working with him that did NOT know how to put up a fence to begin with. And you know, I just that that was tacky. I would not recommend him.

Jim was very creative in ways to instal a rod iron fence while keeping cost down, his team was very fast adn friendly and always kept us updated on the project. We had one suggestion that caps be added to the posts and Jim promised to address this soon, we are still awaiting the cap but are confident that we will come home sometime this month and see the job done!

They responded to my requests in a very professional manner.

Jim removed an aged cedar fence and installed a vinyl fence around our patio for considerably less cost than the other bid we received. The worksmanship on the new fence was excellent and Jim came back a few days later, even after being paid in full, to correct a minor issue. We are very pleased with the final outcome. The one negative is that we never received any warranty paperwork on the fence material, which is supposed to have a lifetime warranty.

John was there when he said he'd be there, and the fence was demolished and taken away in one day, and the new fence was up the next day. It looks very professional, and is a complete change from my old wood fence, for comprable pricing, and should last for at lest two to three times as long as a wood fence. I believe it upgrades the value of my home. I'm very happy with it.

Quick response and completion. Great all-around service. Expertise in many areas of home repair and maintenance. I'm sure this will be the beginning of a long business relationship.

I'll let you know - if it ever gets finished! Finally done 1 month later. Not terribly professional. Not great quality. Too many needless delays.

VERY COOPERATIVE IN EXPLAINING THE PROJECT AS IT PROGRESSED. PROJECT EXPANDED INTO OTHER HOUSEHOLD NEEDS. JIM IS VERY VERSITLE IN HIS SKILLS. HIS CREW IS EXPERIENCED. THE WORK SITE WAS CLEANED DAILY.

He came to the house that afternoon and determined the parts he needed to fixed the sliding glass door. He returned promptly the next day and repaired with door without incident. We also had him repair a shower door that had not been installed incorrectly. It is perfect now. We were also accepting bids on the roof replacement while he was doing the other repairs. He asked that he be allowed to bid on the job. He got the job of replacing the roof and it will be finished today. Our son has an architecture background and says the roof is fine.
