Complete professional from start to finish! Not only did he respond back to my service request within 15 minutes but he insisted on coming to my house on a Friday night and would not accept any additional after hours or emergency fees. He quickly diagnosed the problem and was completely honest that it was a simple issue of some sedimentation in my toilet tank that did not require extensive or expensive repair. He waited around to confirm that was the only issue and that it was resolved. And very personable and fun to talk to while he worked. Would recommend him for any plumbing or HVAC needs you might have!

Professional, prompt and attention to detail ? Not to mention reasonable ? We are more than satisfied with the work John has done for us. A total of three jobs, finished in one morning ? and then he hauled away the scrap AND even tidied up! We are having John back in one month for service to our oil burner. Great to know that there are still some qualified, respectful tradesmen you can rely on in an emergency ?
