BRIAN CALLED AHEAD THE NEXT DAY AFTER I MADE THE APPOINTMENT AND ARRIVED ON TIME. REPLACED SPRING ON ONE DOOR AND ADJUSTED THE SECOND DOOR WITH EXPLANATION OF WHY IT WAS NOT CLOSING CORRECTLY. BRIAN WAS VERY THOROUGH, PERSONABLE AND IT WAS GREAT TO WORK WITH HIS FAMILY-OWNED COMPANY! J@D WAS RECOMMENDED BY THE LONG-TIME OWNER OF AN AUTO REPAIR BUSINESS HERE IN BATAVIA AND HE WAS SURE SPOT ON!! GREAT SERVICE/GREAT GUY AND HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

It would be nice if small jobs could be billed at a more reasonable rate. That being said; Brian was thorough, professional, and very helpful. The scheduling of the appointment was easy. I would definitely hire this company again.

Called me within 15 minutes of my inquiry. Came out the next morning. Work was done quickly and garage door was back in operation.

Did a great job. Tried to repair garage door opener but was unsuccful and recommended replacement. Explained the options, installed the replacement within two days. Removed the old opener. Programmed the new opener and explained the programming for the cars. Quick and efficient.

I called several places even the number on the garage door itself, which was double in price! J & D Door Sales was extremely honest and professional and you can not beat their price. They also came out on a holiday at no extra charge!!

If you work during the day, as most of us do, you may not be able to receive their service because they will not give out appointment times just a 2hr windows.

I'm so sorry that a 2 hour window may not have worked out well for you. We would have been happy to additionally phone you, when our tech was on his way to your home. Perhaps that would have been better for you.

Dave did a great job. Let me know what he was going to do and how long it would take. Removed and took away the old garage opener. Explained the new opener and key pad. Great job and great people setting up appointment too!

I had to cancel my first appointment due to a death in the family. When I called to reschedule, they were very accommodating and were able to fit us in the next day so that our door could finally be fixed.
