Joseph was very prompt in calling back with an appointment time. Quick to give us a quote and always available for questions. He installed a new water heater in our home. There were a few minor issues with the install, but he promptly came back ASAP on a Saturday and took care of them himself. He is honest and a very good person to work with. Would highly recommend him.

I called Mr Etchison, a former MRI specialist with CONE, on rather an emergency basis..seems my water bill was 4 time higher than normal. Water, rather Ice was forming in my drive daily but not in neighbors, he pushed me up to second on his call for that day! He came and checked my water meter, it was still. He walked the grounds carefully, he was ready to go under the house, I said no, perhaps it was a leaky toilet. He tighten a new kit down, spent lots of time on it, talked a good bit with me and said he come back for free if it leaked. He was a gentleman and very helpful. What happened to nice men who come in a hurry. My bill? service charge only! Daniel Townsend

Excellent customer service! Joseph called promptly after I left a voice mail requesting service. He is friendly and courteous and a proficient plumber. He completed the repair in spite of very cold weather conditions. I would recommend this plumber.
