I was replacing a bathroom vanity, only to discover serious mold in the walls, and Mr Fletcher did an awesome job about explaining alternative solutions and the benefits and downsides to each. I was very grateful to him for the depth and range of his knowledge and skills and for the quality of his work. He was awesome fitting me in when it expanded into a much bigger project and he was already very busy. I wasVERY pleased with his work, and have used him again. The only "negative" was that he was often late arriving when other jobs also took longer than planned, but he was professional and always called to let me know!! He is the BEST!

Mr Fletcher is an awesome resource for a variety of services!! He is knowledgeable, and careful, and great about explaining options at different price ranges! He does great work, is very responsive to requests for follow-up and additional services, and has incredible customer service-- he will try to squeeze in emergencies, even when he is very busy. The only negative is to have lots of rags on hand, and nothing you do not want used as a rag, as he seems to always grab nmy best hand towels first:>~ But they have all come clean with bleach (fortunately they are white) BUT-- as I was not even at home at the time, I really cannot complain!
