    Ray Taylor the representative over my project gave me false, misleading, substandard materials used, in my home repair project from day one! Don't ever have them install new windows. These windows belong in a garage. I now have the shrink-wrap hair dryer plastic on my two-month brand new windows. They also forgot to put any insulation in my walls, around my windows, and under the new vinyl siding. I have six heavy blankets along the baseboards. These are rolled up to keep the air from blowing in. The new gutters were promised by another company that made the seamless gutters on your property. They were canceled and Jim installed them incorrectly. The rotting fascia board was never taken care of. Jim told Ray Taylor the representative, that he replaced all of the soffits in the back of my house. He lied! He did not replace one inch! Jim's work was so bad that two other employees of the company had to come to my house and try to repair all of Jim's horrific work. They only came here at the direction of David Flora himself. He was here and saw what a mess I was left with. The next two men spent two days here after I demanded they take off the siding and look at the rotting board from 22 years ago. Jim claimed he took care of it. Another lie. He nailed siding into rotting pieces of, well nothing, it crumbled. I was told by Ray Taylor to go to The Home Depot and buy some pink panther insulation. After asking five!!!! Times the insulation is still in my garage. The men kept telling me that OSB board with paper house wrap against my interior drywall, would keep me warm for the winter. I just hired someone to put a temporary fix from my roof, over the rotting fascia board, into my new gutter. There is a gap that the water still runs down, right into my foundation and the basement. That particular issue was addressed over five times as well. Ray said we could wrap the total fascia board for you, for 400 to 597 dollars. I declined. That was not in the original contract. There are more reasons that you should run from this company, but I will stop. Please go to the BBB and read their complaints. I am now left to purchase four new windows and have the entire back wall of my family room insulated. In the spring the gutters have to come off to remove all of the fascia board and replaced it again. Also at the proper ratio to decline towards the gutter. I am sure this will be removed, but maybe it will save someone from the same situation that I am in.

    Everyone at J.D. Flora Roofing was great to work with and did a wonderful job. They took the time to understand what I wanted done, provided excellent insight on how best to do it and gave me an estimate that was considerably less than I anticipated. Their work was excellent, detailed and displayed a high level of professional craftsmanship. I highly recommend them.

    He immediately corrected an issue we had and then inspected it and made sure it was done correctly and did also additional work so the leak would not return at no charge. He went above and beyond! He also did an estimate on other properties and was vey honest!
