Tech fixed the roller on one window but failed to repair the sliding door. Total hours spent was 1.5 and charge was for 2 hours (min.)

John was on time, he called to let me know he was on his way. Cleared out my basement, just what I wanted done. He stayed within the two hours, so I paid $75.00 an hour for the two hour minimum of $150. total. I was clear on what I needed done within that two hours and he did exactly what I wanted. I would hire him again.

JD showed up when he said he would. He examined the project, replacing two benches that went around trees, and gave some options. Pine which was less expensive but stronger vs. redwood which had a higher material cost but would look really good. I choose the redwood and JD added some reinforcements to make the bench stronger than the one it replaced. The cost was a bit higher than I expected but the quality of the work was excellent. I wish I could include a picture. He also fixed our gutters while he was there. I have already contacted JD about another project we want to get done. Highly recommend JD Home Services.
