Aaron responded promptly and repaired the Hot Water Heater to restore it's proper operation.

The water heater is in and working, but some of the mess left behind will need to be cleaned up by me. But nothing I cant do in just a few minutes - sweeping the floor. But over all, competitive price, and fast service.

One of JD Hunter employees by the name of Aaron H*** old my son that I had already hired him. I had not. My son had no idea and paid him after he completed the job. Aaron did not do the job up to code. I did not hire him also many items are missing from my home. No one else was in the home.

After being on Home advisor site they called me within 5 minutes said he would be here in 25 minutes took over an hour said they would be back the next day between 10-11 am I asked for 40 gallon hot water heater after not showing up until 1:30 I go to take my trash out today sunday nov 3 2019 and notice it s a 30 gallon tank I was quoted 1000.00 total. When they showed up late they pulled up with 4 guys quite scarey rush in they are arguing with each other, I asked when they came to give me quote if they have a receipt on their letterhead they said yes. Then after they are finished he pulls out a receipt book with no name he writes it in and has me write the check out to Aaron Hatton. The reason I asked them about receipt because I took a cash out through my home warranty company after arguing with them go 5 weeks but they said I needed a receipt on the companies letterhead so I m probably not going to get that money back 560,00 not happy at all because I was told by Home Depot that a 30 gallon is not useful for 3 people. And also check was cashed same day. Would not recommend to anyone

Personable and knew exactly what to do. No plumber has ever cleaned from the sink trap, they have always went to the basement to clean from the main up.

Came ready to work. Very polite and great working personalities. Got the job done quickly.

They called and said it would be $150- guy came and charged $185. The person who called said there was a 90 warranty- the guy who came said 30 day warranty. They did however get the job done and the sink fixed so I am very thankful for that! When they left I noticed they scratched my new floors a small bit with their machine- but I will figure out how to fill in the small scratch. I d hire again- as the got the job done quick; was just a little inconsistent with the information from one person to another.

They came right away and said they were going to appraise my problem. Only problem was that they basicly started the job without giving me a price. When they gave me the price they said I was already in for almost1/2 of the price so I didn't have much choice then. They did a good job and cleaned up after. Just felt their price was a bit high. I would use them again but would make it clear I wanted an estimate up front. They were courteous and respectful.
