His communication was top-notch—he kept me informed at every step and made sure all my questions were answered promptly. The whole team showed incredible attention to detail, and the craftsmanship is flawless. From the beautiful tile work to the modern fixtures, every element was installed with care and precision. They also kept the space clean and finished everything on schedule. Now my bathroom feels like a luxurious retreat, and I genuinely enjoy spending time in it. Art, Erick, and the JDI team recently did a great job renovating our Kitchen and master bath. The finished product came out beautiful. We had a few hiccups as Iâ m sure any project like this does but in the end Erick and Art addressed any issues promptly . This project finished not only on time, but within budget which is a huge deal in the world of renovations. JDI is efficient in their work and communicates very well. We had a group text going between myself, my wife, and Erick which made communication a breeze through the entire project. My wife and I did this whole update without a designer. Erik helped us with some of the design decisions and was very helpful bringing some of our design ideas to life. In the end we are very happy we chose JDI for this project and would happily use them again in the future.

Eric, Art, & team have been an absolute pleasure to work with. They did an entire kitchen remodel for us that included removing a wall and we are so happy with the result. If we would have known how great they were to work with, we would have tackled this project years sooner. Our go to guys for any future projects!

JDI recently completed a major remodel in Vancouver WA. They updated the kitchen with new custom walnut cabinets, appliances, and granite countertops, and they remodeled two and a half bathrooms with new custom vanities, granite countertops, mirrors, lighting, porcelain floor-and-shower tiles, and a classic bathtub in the master bathroom. They even painted the entire townhome and gave it a deep cleaning. Art and Alex did a great job. Art gave good suggestions and helped pick out materials and appliances that fit my budget. Alex supervised the work and made sure everything was completed on time. The place looks beautiful. Although were not the cheapest bid, but they did very high quality work and have a top notch team. I highly recommend this team.

Our house was in need of a kitchen remodel that involved completely changing the layout of our kitchen, so my wife and I extensively researched the best construction/remodel companies around. We met with Art, one of the owners from JDI Construction, and were able to discuss the vision for our kitchen plans, budgetary needs and JDI's process with design and construction, and knew they were a perfect fit. JDI's designer, Denise, helped us outline the scope of work and crafted some kitchen layouts that perfectly fit our needs. Denise was incredibly knowledgeable and designed a kitchen that not only opened up more space for us, but also afforded us more cabinet storage and usable countertop space. Once the designs from Denise were locked in, our project manager, Eric, coordinated each step of the way through the remodel and was so communicative throughout the process so we understood what the crew was working on each day and when they would arrive at our house. I've never heard of a remodel that completed on time or on budget, but JDI managed to pull it off! We are extremely impressed with the end results and will be recommending JDI to anyone looking for any home remodeling or construction in the future.

This was my second bathroom remodel. They provided me the same quality and expertise as my first. I wanted a more rustic feel bathroom and believe it was achieved. :) The tile work was perfect.

This company is wonderful, they were always on time. They did an amazing job designing and remodeling our bathroom. Very easy to work with, and very fun people to have around. Very responsible and ethical. They got my bathroom done a few weeks sooner than expected, which is amazing! The work was superior with all the trades. I will definitely hire JDI for future projects. JDI did a great job remodeling our rental house that needed a lot of work. They put in new floors, completely redid the kitchen and bathrooms. They also painted the entire interior. We had great communication and everything turned out fantastic.

We did a complete home remodel using JDI construction. Remodel included all new LVP floors with baseboards throughout, all new interior doors including trim, window trim, complete guest bathroom with custom built vanity and cabinet heated tile floors, complete kitchen remodel with custom cabinets new countertop tiled backsplash vent hood lighting and custom built-in bar area with cabinets, complete master bathroom with new tile heated flooring walk in shower with custom glass door vanity and storage cabinet. Key points: ON BUDGET! In any extensive remodel things always come up. Art and his team have great customer service! If anything needs to be fixed or changed Art immediately had somebody on it, no questions asked and made sure we were satisfied. There were some delays due to supply issues from dealers but Art ensured our project was complete and done to our standards as quickly as possible. He made some suggestions for additional work. Some we accepted. If we said no there was no hassling. The tile guy he used did some of the best work I've seen. Overall we love our remodel!
