JDI Construction Services, Inc., is dedicated to providing the highest quality roofing and construction services in the area. We are a family owned company based in Kendall and serving the Miami Metro area since 2007. Our capable and experienced staff will take care of your project from start to finish keeping you prepared for the severe weather to come. We understand the challenges of working in Florida so we construct our roofs to be weather tight and worry free. We build all of our projects to a strict set of codes that meet or exceed the local city requirements. After being very disappointed with another company that was highly rated on Angie's list, I searched for a new roofer. I contacted JDI to repair my concrete tile room. Mr. Carretero kept the appointmen on time and was extremely professional and courteous. He provided an estimate the very next day as he promised at a very fair price. We set a time to start work. His workers reported when expected and they were also very police, respectful, professional and efficient in their dealings with me. I waited before writing this review to see if there would be any issues to repot but there haven't been any. I am very satisfied with the work. JDI provides an excellent value.

JDI was efficient, very professional and completed their work quite quickly, but most of all they actually check the roof and took photos for me to see the problem and follow their progress. Their bid was very competitive and complete. It was very thorough and much less than 2 other companies, neither of whom checked to see whether the same fault with the original installation of the cricket was repeated on the other side of the roof, which it was. Their price to repair both sides was less than one company's bid to fix just one. They did discount the cost of the second repair because they were already there to fix the first.

A family business who take pride in their work both in the conception, preparation, process and the terrific final product. Use these guys they are good. In the process a piece of thorny cactus had to be cut and they cleaned that too at 7:30 at night. Jack J

Good communications three roofers came to my house they were the only one that went on the roof to price the repair and it was 60% less than the others and they were on time for the estimate and the work no extra charge for doing it on the weekend

Fast work but had issues with payment. Roofers did not collect payment after completing work. I was contacted via email by owner of company several days later and his tone was a little unsettling. He made it seem as though I was trying to skip on paying his company for the work. Actually it was HIS fault that the check was not collected; I specifically stated that after the work was completed somone need to let my son know because he had the check. We worked it out but His approach should have been different.
