Juan was on time for his inspection, his estimate, and his start and completion date. Work was done in one day. When his crew showed up, all of their equipment was organized and in good condition. They tarped the house, the pool, and worked as a team. When they were done, they spent a lot of time cleaning up, looking for nails, etc. The roof looked great, and they left the job site looking as clean as when they started. I had 3 estimates, and Juan's was $1100 less than the next lowest. I was worried that he was almost too cheap! But they are a very professional outfit with all of the right tools and workers.

Juan arrived promptly, provided a reasonable price quote and conducted himself professionally. Work was completed quickly yet effectively. Best of all was willing to accept a small job, as most will not. Would certainly use again.

Juan showed up as planned. He checked the siding for leaks then fixed a number of loose sections. I am extremely happy with his work and would highly recommend him.
