John is personable, knowledgeable and experienced. The drain is clogged because it's broke! The fix will involve some major work and if I'm lucky no other trades! When you need to saw cut a driveway and replace severed connections, you want precision. John has all the diagnostic tools necessary to ascertain the situation and pinpoint the issue.

John is very friendly and professional. I needed help at 9pm and he called within a minute and at my door an hour later. He fixed the problem and walked me through it. Pleasant to have around and most certainly welcomed if I ever need more repairs or remodeling. Reasonable price too!
