Jordan came out on an emergency call. A coupling that joined two of the water pipes failed and I was having water leaking from upstairs into my living room. When he came out, he was not very communicative. He did fix the problem, told me the charge got his payment and left. Since then I have contacted him multiple times requesting a receipt for the work performed. I need to submit an insurance claim. All of this occurred three weeks ago and I still have not gotten a receipt or an explanation of the work actually performed. Multiple attempts to get this taken care of and I have just been blown off. NO I do NOT recommend doing business with him.

When my hot water heater died yesterday I called all the "big guys" and was quoted over $2000 for a new hot water heater and would have to sign up for a yearly maintenance plan to receive that discounted pricing. Other "big guys" required on-site estimates and charged for this estimate. I called JDL and was given a price right on the spot (which was $700 less than the "big guys") and they were here the next morning (they would've came last night but their supplier was closed. They said they would be here at 9am and were here by 8:51am. The installation took 1 1/2 hours. They were extremely professional and did a great job. I will definitely use them in the future for my plumbing needs. I highly recommend if you are looking for a professional, fairly priced, and trustworthy plumber.

They did a sewer line inspection because I sold my house. They were professional super nice super accommodating great price $300 less than their competitor and just a quick turnaround time very detail oriented. Everything I would expect them to be they were would never use anybody else. Call this company first for anything you need.

Jordan is a savant. He’s like having a friend come to help. He remembers you and reassured you with his knowledge and confidence. He’s my first snd last stop for plumbing needs.

I met Jordan (the owner), when he was a young plumber working under another master plumber. I hired him the to do some work on my personal home. A few years later (in 2015), I began investing in real estate and starting searching for a plumber. By this time, and to my delight.... Jordan had started his own plumbing company JDL. Since then, Jordan and his team have completed over 35 renovations for me and countless maintenance calls. They have done everything from complete repiping, tub rip outs and reinstalls, well pumps, purification systems, disconnecting from well water and running lines to city water, water heaters, vanity s, kitchens, bathrooms, etc. Jordan has been one of my most consistent and reliable contractors for the past 5 years on all of my projects. I trust him and his crew and I recommend them with confidence.

Great company to work with.

This company contacted me very quickly to set up an appointment just a few days out. They were prompt, courteous, completed the job in a timely fashion. Just seems that plumbing repairs across the board - are costly for the amount of work needed.

Good service-answered our questions; suggested appropriate, cost effective solutions to the 2 plumbing issues we had. Personable, well spoken technicians.

I asked about another problem. He was only interested in making as much money as he could. I asked a question that I knew the answer to and he told me that the best thing to do was the most expensive. The service is too expensive.

JDL answered the call quickly. They scheduled the service the same day and provided a fair price. I would definetly use them again .

JDL got back to me quickly for an estimate appointment. They were fair with their estimate and got the work done quickly. Brett, our technician was knowledgeable and polite. They connected a refrigerator water line and will replace a faucet or two in the near future.

after getting an estimate for over 1,000. JDL came by and fixed the problem for $225 the same day. Living out of state they really were there for me.Even said that they could send me a bill(but my daughter was near by and they waited for her to come and pay them).definitely will use again (but hopefully wont need to soon lol)

Responded to my call within 30 minutes. Saw him at end of his day (and mine). I felt he was knowledgeable and took care of my needs confidently. Nice guys!

Jordan was very knowledgeable about what type of faucet I had and what needed to be done to fix it. He had all the items he needed right in his truck and the time in which the job was completed was great
