"Hi Christina, we certainly welcome all feedback. However, we could like to provide some clarity to your response. We are not sure where the estimate of $210 came from. When you booked our services, we immediately sent you a message via your Thumbtack inbox to let you know the total estimate would be $425 for a house of your size. This response was within an hour of you booking our services. Since you did not respond to our message, we then sent you a text message to your cell phone to confirm the appointment. You booked our services less than 48 hours before the scheduled date so it was critical that we get confirmation from you prior to sending our team to your location. When we were onsite and completed the cleaning, we let you know so that you could do a complete walk through. You completed your walk through and asked us to re-vacuum the areas that were already vacuumed. You even mentioned to the team that you could tell it was vacuumed but wanted us to do it again. Of course we vacuumed again to make sure you were satisfied. We did not leave until you completed your inspection and were satisfied. After your inspection you paid for services and had no questions or concerns about services or the amount of the invoice. We appreciate your business and would recommend booking more than 48 hours in advance and communicating back in a timely response to prevent any confusion. Have a great day!"
