Miguel is a very professional individual. We had a major water leak where our whole right side of our house was damaged. From walls, all flooring, bathroom, and bedroom closets were damaged. He made me feel calm and explained everything that was going to be done and a provided very clear estimates for our insurance to understand. Thank you Miguel for all your guidance and design ideas. Miguel was professional, hands on and handled everything himself. His workers were efficient and skilled. We had work done both outdoors and inside and he was organized and cleaned up after himself as he finished projects so we could put our dogs in and out without worrying. Very reasonable service with a handshake.

The housing project. The experience was great and the contractor I hired through HomeAdvisor is JD local Builders, and the contractor name is Jose Miguel Figueroa. The turn around time, the experience was truly exceptional, fairly priced prompt, and on task. Miguel went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the renovating of the inside house, installation of new roof, installation of the new water heater and some electrical work. I have absolutely no hesitation to recommend this company.
