Jim is great. He knocked down my old house and built me a new one. Every detail is perfect. We love our new house. I expected the process would be hell but Jim made it so easy. We loved working with him and would never want to use another contractor again. The house was completed exactly when he said it would be and came in on budget (except where we added changes but all added costs for changes were reasonable and Jim gave great suggestions and direction).

Jim is the BEST CONTRACTOR I have ever had! His work is impeccable! He is on time, on budget, and so very easy to communicate with. He is very reasonably priced.My basement is beautiful.I still can't believe it! He will help you with permits and streamline the processes so you are never alone. He is very pleasant to work with. It was the first time in my life that I felt at ease with a home project.The outcome is amazing! Jim is simply THE BEST!!!!!!
