"The homeowner called for a bid on a job that was not ready for bid. It was impossible to bid job in current condition. Homeowner was told that probably a orange peel texture would be serviceable. We offered to give him a demolition price but he said he had a brother in law to do demolition. I TOLD HIM WE COULD NOT BID DRYWALL until demolition was done. I left him a business card and ask him to call me when the job was ready for drywall. We are still in business and give the best service of any local drywall contractor."
