"Michael our appointment was at 10:30am on Nov 7th. We arrived at your house were your wife was there at 10:15 am. Your wife signed the invoice for us to start the work. At 11:45 am we completed your work which is only 1.5 hours that we were there. We only charged you for 1 man that day which i can show you on your invoice. That one man you were charged for was the owner James. Yes there was 2 men there and 1 of them was a helper which you were not billed for. your total billed was: Service call fee 50.00 Labor rate 1.5 x 85 = 127.50 Materials 20.00 Tax 13.83 Total Amount Due 211.33 Please tell me where we are over charged you"

"Goof afternoon, Craig. I am sorry that the experience you encountered was not what you were expecting. Unfortunately, yes we do charge a $40 service call fee and yes, our hourly rate is $85.00 per hour which was explained and in writing which you accepted during the time of service. While we were there doing the work, your particular electrical panel needed a breaker which was not readily accessible. Our employee had to go to the supply house to pick up your breaker and came back to install. That time is billable time to the customer. During the installation and diagnosis of your issue, the electrical panel was UNSAFE and EXTREMELY DANGEROUS . As a licensed company we had to notify the townships Construction Department of this dangerous situation that you are exposing your tenant to as a landlord. Our company strives on safety and customer satisfaction."
