They were Beyond awful Lied about the process Lied about the colors Tried to charge an additional $3,000.00 for work they said they needed Not Punctual Rarely returned calls or replied to texts. A N D. They did a sloppy and incomplete job.

i have cracking the platform the platform is not what it was supposed to be measurements or design. the drainage is uneven. and the front platform has a poor sealer, the platform is again showing the line cracks. Also, from the bank they took more more than what was in the contract.

I never recommend anyone to work with Angelica and Larry they are not trustful they dont return phone calls.

HIRED TO COMPLETE A DRIVEWAY IN AUGUST GAVE THEM A $1500 DEPOSIT IT IS NOW END OF NOVEMBER AND ALL IVE HAD IS A RUN AROUND. PLEASE DON"T USE THIS COMPANY. NOT SURE WHO ARE WRITING THESE REVIEWS. JDP Construction was hired to remove an existing driveway and replace it with a circular driveway. Mike, the initial salesman came to my home and provided an estimate. Mike was courteous, knowledgeable, and not pushy. I paid a third of the deposit as requested to begin the permitting process. Once permits were approved, I began interacting with Angelica for scheduling and other needs that arose. Existing driveway removal began on 4/13/2020. The first of several issues occurred at that time. I received a call from one of my neighbors regarding a large amount of dirt, sand, and small rocks that were left on the main road from where the dump truck was parked. I took immediate action and swept most of it myself as I assumed it was a minor oversight from the demo team. I mentioned this incident to Angelica as an FYI. Concrete was poured and stamped on 4/24/2020 after 2 reschedules one of which was hours before the team was supposed to arrive. Angelica came out to the site on a routine follow up to see progress thus far. I pointed out some pieces of asphalt from the main road that were missing/damaged during the demo and were now holes/gaps transitioning into the driveway of my home. She agreed that it needed to be fixed and on the spot mentioned it to the leader of the team. During the pour, the cement truck blew a hydraulic line during the pour and unknown to me at the time caused a large hydraulic leak on the main road. This was brought to my attention by 2 neighbors. I immediately reached out to Angelica, explained the situation, and requested corrective action. She requested pictures to forward to the team. No one came out and my neighbors were getting restless. After a few days someone came out to remove the framing and I thought would also take care of the spill. The person had no idea what I was even talking about. I explained the problem, he called his boss and reluctantly said he would try to remove it. He was not prepared so I offered to leave him my pressure washer as I needed to leave for work. When I came home, the stain was still there and appeared even worse. I called Angelica again and provided an update. She tried to distance JDP Construction from the incident and instead suggested that the cement truck driver/company was responsible. I thought that was strange as I hired JDP Construction, they should oversee and follow up with all their subcontractors. Under pressure from my neighbors, I purchased a degreaser, kitty litter, and processed to clean up the stain. On 4/25/2020 someone came out pressure cleaned and stained the driveway. It seemed a little light in color but at the time, I thought it was some sort of primer. After calling Angelica and Mike it was determined that the wrong gray was used. Within days the same person from before came and re-stained the driveway, correcting the problem. Prior to final inspection, I once again brought up to Angelica the missing asphalt. I provided pictures as requested and after multiple phone calls and text messages asphalt was finally repaired on 5/12/2020 (17 days later). I ll be honest, up to this point even with the incidents I was still happy to have my driveway completed and pass inspection. Unfortunately, this was not the end of the story. On or around 5/15/2020 I noticed some light gray dots/spots all over my driveway. As I got up close and on my knees, I noticed that the stain was starting to chip off! Some areas had small bubbles which would later pop removing the stain. I called Angelica and brought it to her attention. I provided several pictures of multiple areas as the problem was not isolated to one area. I said that she would share with the construction team and send someone to look at it. Days passed, no one came out and after about a week I called Angelica on 5/19/2020 to ask for an update. Her response via text was quote due to the rain we have been delayed. We will get to you as soon as we can. ...

They did a professional job. They worked quickly and efficiently.

Should have better communication

Do not Hire this company! Their rep. Barry is a liar. He will measure and promise you exactly what you want; to then overcharge and give you the basic package. The workers are friendly, but not trustworthy. A job that could have been completed within 1 week; turned into an entire month. Lies and poor communication was the biggest issue. You will regret hiring them, I promise you that much. Crooks at their finest.

Please do not hire this company. Tom Whyte has you sign a contract and then the guys do not show up to do the work. You have to hunt them down. He does not call you back and Angelica in the office lies also. Once my work was completed, I called them because some fencing was not level to the ground so, animals could come under, and they were supposed to come by and drop off extra fencing, so that my husband could fix their work. However, that never happened. Just empty promises and lies from Angelica, Tom and the gentlemen involved. Please spend your money someplace else.

Bad Co. to do business with. they DO NOT DO WHAT THEY SAY. A LOT OF EXCUSES IS ALL YOU GET. TOOK MY MONEY...$2000.00 DOLLARS. BEEN REQUESTING A FULL REFUND FOR THE LAST MONTH...WAITING ON THERE RESPONSE...MAY HAVE TO GO TO SMALL CLAIMS COURT. DO NOT TRUST THAT GUY JOHN THEY SAY HES A REP. BAD , BAD , BAD ,SERVICE

Project proceeded as explained and I was kept abreast of project progression. Driveway looks great and know I will be pleased with finished product

timely and excellent work. even worked on sunday. they filled a hole in our concrete carport caused by plumbing work. most concrete.people did not want the job as it was too small.

We had a tremendously positive experience using JDP Construction to excavate and install a new decorative paver patio. Tom from JDP gave a very affordable estimate and made the whole process very easy. In addition, the men did excellent work and Tom stayed on to manage the process start to finish. All in all I couldn t ask for a better outcome .

Love my new paver patio. The install team worked fast. Minor hiccups with scheduling but the project was completed to my specifications.
