You will never meet a plumbing service like this one I promise you . The owner called me himself and worked the deal. Supports the military with a true discount, thank you sir! Customer service was able to schedule me at the exact time and date I wanted. They allowed me to buy all the material and only charged me regular retail for misc parts that were needed. Many plumbers In houston will refuse to do that citing all sorts of BS reasons. JD emailed me a biography of the technician that was coming to do the job! Never have seen that from any home service anywhere. Also Sent me a handwritten thank you note. Install went flawlessly. From the other three quotes from other plumbers that would not install my HD water heater I saved overall $1,000 and I got a top of the line 40K BTU / 50 gal with Wifi control, and thermostatic valve !! Only thing that would have made this a flawless experience...The second tech that arrived later to help with the lifting / install tried to scare me away from my Rheem water heater from Home Depot and selling me their brand by claiming all sorts of future problems with my unit. I have the 8 year labor / 12 year parts warranty from HD I am not worried. Tactic did not work and disappointed me. Probably should not do that to future customers. Ask for Lonnie the service tech , he rocked it out!

They were great. From setting up the appointment to the toilet being fixed they were very professional. Quick easy straight to the point quote that was comparable with other plumbing companies. Got us fixed up with no haste. They are now my favorite and we will use them again.

He took his time and walk around and we discussed everything and then you give me a quote that was reasonable . the other company that I talked to was twice as much as JD Plumbing. Is very professional and answered all questions that I had for him

Taylor gave me several alternatives for repairing my broken shower pipe from extensive replacement of old plumbing lines, to simply adding new shower neck and shower head. Since this is a seldom used shower bath I decided to do the latter. Within the hour he had the job completed and at a very reasonable cost! Would definitely use them again!

The technician did not have the proper communication I required to make a valid decision for purchase. - After he gave me the price I started to walk him out and tell him I prefer to use another company. Effective listening skills is a virtue and a gift. If one does not utilize communication skills, one will lose business for himself and company. Give your customers options and valuable information to insure customer can make a favorable decision for all parties involve. A summary of the cost of the tankless water heater, labor, removal of old tank, the wooden stand for proper operation, and other parts necessary for proper installation.

Had to come out a second time to reinstall a kitchen sink that had fallen from the granite counter but they fixed it. Techs were very polite and professional.

Could NOT be happier! They worked with my schedule and got the work done with as little inconvenience to me as possible. I had 2 bathroom faucets replaced along with the supply lines and shut off valves underneath. I also had an outside faucet replaced. I am most happy with my last item - a new whole house water shut off valve. The old valve was rusty and I was afraid to even touch it. It is now replaced with an easy 90 degree shut off that anyone can use in an emergency. Josef was so professional and courteous. He took the time to explain EVERYTHING even though he probably needed to get home to his family. He was not going to leave until he answered all questions and made sure we were comfortable. He even worked outside in the rain on Friday so we would not have to wait until Monday to have it all done! I would - AND I ALREADY HAVE - recommend this company to all my friends. The price was right, but the QUALITY is what is key to me. On repairs to your home, skimping causes problems. With this company I did not have to sacrifice qaulity at all.
