Great company. The owner himself is there working on site and keeps you in good communication with how the project is progressing. Owner even came out and worked late and extra hours to meet timeline. Our basement came out great and exceeded our expectations. I would definitely hire them again.

This is a company that shows up and gets the job done. I have hired Dan and his crew for my 2300 square foot basement remodel including a movie room and custom bar. Dan isnâ t a company that gets a job and sends in subs like Iâ ve had contractors doing the past. Heâ s and his crew are here to get it done properly. My basement was done so well I had him remodel an entire office location of mine. Just canâ t say enough about the quality and just the knowing it will be done right and on time.

JDR Williams did a great job from start to finish. The crew was knowledgeable, responsive and efficient. The owner and crew made sure they got every detail right. We have gotten many compliments on our siding. We will be hiring JDR for our kitchen next!

Dan and crew helped us with our basement remodel. They installed an egress window and made our basement a living space for our growing family. We love the additional space and use it daily. We even made part of it a home office! They did a phenomenal job, we will definitely use them again for any future projects. Love the outcome and can tell Dan and crew love what they do.

Company took the money and ran without completing the job.... did not install siding on the tower of our Victorian home as contracted and paid for, nor on several feet of flat area near the tower, and did not install any of the j-blocks on house they were contracted to install. They also did not install the siding trim on two garage windows. They stole a new solar security light that had previously been installed on the garage, they also removed three new exterior lights that had been installed and did not properly re-install them (installed wrong size j-blocks on garage so the 3 lights could not be secured). Did not respond to homeowner requests to return and finish job. Combined estimates from other contractors to complete the contracted and paid-fo work that Williams did not finish is upwards of $17K.

They were very helpful and helped me design my trim so instead of regular metal trim we went with a craftsman look with Azek. I ordered a door with sidelights from Home Depot. Home Depot dropped the ball on delivery. Dan Williams called me went out of his way to pickup the door up for me. The door opening was larger than the door and had to have finish interior work done. Dan and his guys do it all They did a great job on the interior without any delays and looks beautiful. They do it all I was so pleased. The guys cleaned up everyday. They were very respectful and were careful with my house. Did I say they answered all my questions as the job went along. You want these guys doing your work, the owner was awesome and his guys are even better. Canâ t speak more highly about these guys and a great price too. I got many estimates and you get great value for your money with an exceptional job. You want to hire these guys. I love the house and the wife was very happy too. We had a bathroom remodel 5 years ago which looked wonderful but little did we know that the work performed was not at a contractor standard. There was clear negligence in the work performed. We developed a slow leak due to parts in the shower not being properly sealed. This leak was evident 5 years later and has caused damage to walls and ceiling directly below the bathroom. Every opportunity was given to Dan to try to remedy this situation including my willingness to pay 1/2 repair fees but he dismissed us and eventually turned his back on us leading us to have to hire true professionals to fix this shoddy work. customer service has been extremely poor. This is a business that is poorly run, and does not take pride in their work as they do not stand behind it should a problem surface years later. BEWARE of This business. Will be reported to NYS consumer protection agency, Better Business Bureau, and his licensing board in addition to taking active steps legally.

Dan and his crew have been great to work with. The crew has been here every day working hard. Had a communication snag early on but they're getting the job done and the house is being transformed into something beautiful! They are finishing up as I write this review and anticipate that when I go take a look outside that I will be a very happy customer!

Dan quoted a fair price for our bathroom renovation done in December 2020. His crew always cleaned up at the end of each day, were professional, and did excellent work. The job was done within the time frame I expected. I would definitely hire him again!

I gave the 4 star rating only because the cold weather forced the team off my job as there is still minor work to be completed in the spring (caulking). Once that is completed I feel that I will be completely satisfied with their work. JDR had a really good crew who answered my questions and concerns, and each day they left, my property was cleaned up nicely.

The workers were great!, they were at my house for 7 days remodeling a shower and floor tile. They are real craftsmen and cleaned up every day at the end of the day. They even did some repairs around the house that were not originally part of the job. I highly recommend Dan and his crew.

My bathroom looks like something out of home and garden magazine! I love it! Had bad experience with a different local upscale remodeling company, I paid too much for cheap laminate flooring, It has warping and looks bad. I wish I met these guys first. The big challenges: alot of paper work, approvals, delays-setbacks, extra work that included stripping a floor and replacing it, all while keeping cool and professional....When the guys started the work, The owner stayed in contact with me til the job was done...He's knowledgable efficient and trustworthy, you get more for your money!They did keep in within my budget as well. He treated me as a family member, and now I do considered them a friend. His employees were great. They tolerated three barking dogs! I will be sure to call these guys when its time to remodel my kitchen..
