John and his son are two of the most professional and nice people I've ever met. It felt like I had family members over helping me install my new 75inch tv instead of hired workers. They were so much fun and easy going and did an absolutely wonderful job!! This TV was huge and had a huge mounting bracket and it took way more work than expected and they didn't charge me a penny more!! They did all the work to perfection with centering and lining it up and also making sure it was overly sturdy. They treated my house like it was their own and I was so comfortable with them I invited them to my superbowl party!! They cleaned up any mess that was made and never once did they complain, moan or grown during the entire set up. They had smiles on their face the entire time and were so very friendly. Best experience I have personally ever had in my 30 years of living when it comes to someone working in my house. I would recommend these guys to anyone and will especially recommend to people I know because they get the job done right! All I can say on here is Thank You John and Son!!! A++++

John and his son came out to my residence and installed a Kitchen Aid, 36" electric down draft cook top. They were on time, professional and knowledgeable and had the install complete in a timely and efficient manner at a fair price and cleaned up their work area. They hauled off the old cook top as well. I highly recommend them and I will be hiring J.D. Remodeling Unlimited Inc. for my next project. Thanks for a job well done.

Mr. Devous (& his assistants) were very courteous and knowledgeable. They pointed out errors that were made by a previous contractor I had hired a year ago. I plan to hire JD Remodeling Unlimited again in the Spring next year to install new windows. I was able to watch as they worked at times and they were very comfortable with that. All of them had a nice personality; it was like having family members work on your house. THANK YOU Servicemagic for providing me with a company who I plan to hire for all my remodeling needs for years to come! :-)

WOW this company did a job that exceeded my expectations.

We learned he had a heart attack shortly after he came to tell us about his work and his prices. We were both impressed with him during the time he spent in our home. We will choose him when he is sufficiently recovered. He gave us solid references when he was here, and and Better Business Bureau gave us a good report. To date, we have not witnessed his work, but his references were good, and I feel very comfortable choosing him.

He was very accomodating to work around my schedule. He was quick ,friendly,easy to work with, very honest and he even went over and above doing some extra.

John Devous and his workers were very efficient, presentable and professional. They performed the needed repairs completely while taking all the necessary steps to protect my home and landscaping. They did a time and material quote rather than a hard bid. The work was very good quality, but the time estimate was way off. It was estimated at 2 men for 7 days (112 man hours) to re plumb and rewire the house. It took 175 man hours.

The final quality of the work was very good, but the timeliness and communication could have been improved. The final worksite clean-up was not acceptable. John Devous was very good to work with in planning the project, but his on-site workers were somewhat lacking as far as understanding the project direction.
