Reliable, with standard handyman work. I have had several handymen in the past and I was dissatisfied with the amount of work done for hourly pay and I felt I was overcharged for hours that they were not here.

They did not remember that they called me (or completed the job) and kept calling me as if I was a new lead. They provided a quote for the work I wanted done, but did not perform all the services that were contained in the quote. This is partly my fault because I did not notice until after he left. The paint job was sloppy and he left paint on my tile floors. The price, in my opinion, was too much considering the amount of work and the quality of the work performed.

They were reliable, showed up on time, they are doing good work, sometimes he has emergencies, but he's gonna call if he was gonna be late, he has good communication.
