2 thumbs up from me. I contracted with Jared and his team to remodel and update a wraparound deck. The work included beefing up the sub-structure, creating a completely new staircase, adding new railings and re-decking with composite boards - all done about 20 feet in the air perched out over a mountain. All of this work was done at my cabin in Mars Hill while I was in Florida. I can say that he does quality work at a fair price and on time... what more can you ask. I will definitely work with him again.

Jared and his crew showed up on time, were very neat in their work, and completed the project on time and at the agreed price even though the project became more complicated as it developed. They had to remove a large glass sunroom and construct a deck on the sunroom foundation. The final result was even better than we expected. He offered many excellent suggestions as the project progressed and was always open to discussions and suggestions from us. His work was above outstanding and we could not be more pleased. We have already recommended him to another family member.

Jared and his crew were prompt, showed up when they said they would and completed the job on time, cleaned up at the end of every day. If you re looking for a fence contractor, look no further. Jared is your man. We hired him after speaking to a few other companies. Was he the cheapest? No. But you get what you pay for, and Jared and his crew built a beautiful, durable, custom fence for our new green-built home that was well worth the investment. Jared really took his time during the estimate. He asked us a lot of questions and offered solutions. The end result is gorgeous as it is functional. He and his crew were consummate professionals from start to finish. They worked efficiently, accurately and left a clean worksite. We could not be happier! This fence adds real value to our home. Jared Dillingham is the owner of this small business. He visited us to better understand the scope of work, to take photos and to understand our expectations. Jared and his 2 workers were friendly, easy to talk with, and diligent in getting their work done. Jared shared with us references and photos of recently completed projects. We did not shop multiple contractors because we believed that he had the qualifications to do the job. And he proved to us that he knew what to do in repairing the 10 deck posts and footers. These guys did a fantastic job of replacing and repairing a section of wood fencing that was crushed by a falling tree. While they were here, they also repaired a section of split rail fence that had been damaged for a long time, and even bolstered a sagging wooden step, free of charge. They came out and did an estimate the day after our initial contact, and were able to do the work the same week. The price they charged me was very fair and I was extremely pleased with the quality of work. To top it off, Jared and the other guys on the crew were all very friendly and professional. I felt like they appreciated my business, and I would definitely recommend them to others, or rehire them in the future.

I'm hoping to find the right words to even articulate how exceptional the work, the service, the timeliness, and the conscientiousness of Jared and his company on his performance with my house projects. What started as one project with my deck mushroomed into three additional projects because of how happy we were with the cost, quality, and quickness of completion with the first. His honesty above reproach. You don't just get a 'price' for your project. You get a partner who makes sure you fully understand all that's involved whether thru words or pictures. He gives a clear and accurate needs assessment of what's required. He then follows thru during the work by providing texts or pictures of the work's progress until it's finished. While in the process of getting estimates, JDSP Enterprises was the only company that did a thorough inspection showing me all of the necessary repairs. They explained exactly what they were going to do beforehand helping me to understand what needed to be done. They did an amazing job repairing our deck completing the project exactly when they said they would.
