I thought they were disorganized and messy. The owner disclosed that he did not have a NV license while they were doing the work. They had to make several trips to pick up basic supplies they did not carry with them. They did not complete the job and did not give us a time when they would return. When they did return they made another mess and did not complete the job. They were not inexpensive and we never received an invoice so I do not believe they will honor their five year guarantee. Pretty flakey Guy.
