During the biggest snow storm of 2021, J&D Services provided residential snow removal for me. Their ongoing communication during the storm was much appreciated. Great service in unbearable conditions. Will use them again.

As an example of their work, they offered to cut appropriate limbs into firewood and stack it. I specified length to be 16-18in. Got 12-24 lengths and the stack was less of a stack and more of a pile. They were not able to reach limbs they said they could.

"I am sorry to hear you were not satisfied with our services. I apologize for any misunderstanding with the tree trimming, as we did our best to go above and beyond your expectations. We stacked the firewood as you requested, and cut them as close to specifications as possible. We also did this free of charge, as you did not want us to haul it off for you.
