Juan helped us design and plan a 4-plex on a small lot in a prime location. He met with the city and sorted out the codes we could use (duplex with 2 ADUs), and worked with us and the city the whole way through our work together. His plans made good sense, and he gave us space to think about it, talk about it and come back with thoughts that he would incorporate when we could. I feel like we had good control of the process, and he is a pleasure to work with. Thank you, Juan!
