"Understood - I appreciate your honesty. I sincerely apologize if your wife felt that way. I am sorry. I did successfully completed the job and left your home with everything working again. I had offered to clean up more than once but your wife proceeded to tell me that it was fine and she would do it. In terms of pricing - the charge was reasonable considering the amount work done. You had more than just a clog. Should you have gone with a company like Roter Rooters - it would have easily been over $700. I also gave your wife a price but she offered more. Again, I appreciate your honesty and thank you for your business."
"To begin with, the original job was done on 7/7/2020 after your job request on 7/6/2020. Your complaint was that your tub was backing up. During my visit to your house, I snaked the toilet and tested it in front of you to show that all was running fine. I also did an inspection of the piping downstairs & advised that there was a joint cracked. You advised that you would have someone else check this out. The original complaint was resolved when I left the premises. No emergency fee was charged. This was a flat cost $250.00. Being that your second complaint was not related to your first complaint and it had been over a month since my first."
"I am so sorry that you think that my price is worth four stars, but sir, for 250 I snaked two different locations for you and made sure everything was working correctly and I checked another leak from your tenant... I think 250 for my labor and my equipment, etc is more then fair if you would have called another company? They would have charged double, sir! Thanks so much, have a great day."
"I apologize that you feel that way. However, I have several customers to tend to. It is important that you realize I am trying to accommodate and complete several projects. Furthermore, the price for my services completed was reasonable and I was even accommodating in trying to address a second issue you had at no charge. The urgency was not communicated. Best of luck."
