Riteway has been fantastic. They are alway super fast to respond and to get the work done. I have used them for multiple projects at our house. They send updates with pictures along the way. He also has checked in post completion to make sure all was well.

Jean called me right away and seemed very trustworthy and knowledgeable over the phone. He was also able to come over promptly and resolve my problem. I would definitely use him again AND recommend him to others.

I had a ridiculously difficult clog in my bathtub, usually I have no problems snaking a drain but for the life of me I couldn't get this. Jean was able to come in and fix it for a very reasonable price. Looks like the previous owners had put steel wool down the drain and caused the worst clog I've seen in my life. Jean's a pro for being able to fix that, this one stumped me. Great guy too.

I have to be honest. I was not here when worked was performed. I was at my job. Wife was here working her job from home. She was somewhat frustrated when I got home. Said she had to help him to do the the job. I did have to do a little clean up when I got home. The main reason to clear the drain job was done. But when I get phone call at work looking for plunger. Come on. A plunger. Your a plumber. I am expected to buy my tools for whatever job I do. That is your job. So should you. Clean up is part of the job. And in noway is your customer is expected to assist. In the job or its aftermath. So I appreciate the hard work. But do expect the unexpected. Would I call on you again? Sure. But where gonna have a better understanding.

Response from Company:

Understood - I appreciate your honesty. I sincerely apologize if your wife felt that way. I am sorry. I did successfully completed the job and left your home with everything working again. I had offered to clean up more than once but your wife proceeded to tell me that it was fine and she would do it. In terms of pricing - the charge was reasonable considering the amount work done. You had more than just a clog. Should you have gone with a company like Roter Rooters - it would have easily been over $700. I also gave your wife a price but she offered more. Again, I appreciate your honesty and thank you for your business.

He had no knowledge of his job concerning our plumbing issue. He did not know what the problem was, he showed up and did not have all his equipment. He kept saying the problem was water from outside leaking through the basement and it turns out it was the main sewage. He charged $250 and he came 3 days later but charged us an emergency fee. Said we could call him back if the problem happened again for free but when we called he said he has to charge us. We do not recommend he is a novice.

Response from Company:

To begin with, the original job was done on 7/7/2020 after your job request on 7/6/2020. Your complaint was that your tub was backing up. During my visit to your house, I snaked the toilet and tested it in front of you to show that all was running fine. I also did an inspection of the piping downstairs & advised that there was a joint cracked. You advised that you would have someone else check this out. The original complaint was resolved when I left the premises. No emergency fee was charged. This was a flat cost $250.00. Being that your second complaint was not related to your first complaint and it had been over a month since my first.

On-time, helpful, and efficient.

Response from Company:

I am so sorry that you think that my price is worth four stars, but sir, for 250 I snaked two different locations for you and made sure everything was working correctly and I checked another leak from your tenant... I think 250 for my labor and my equipment, etc is more then fair if you would have called another company? They would have charged double, sir! Thanks so much, have a great day.
