We found our old furnace (house built 1925) had a slow leak after the sudden cold spell and we had buyerâ  s appraiser coming. We found John Daher through Home Advisor. He came right away to assess the situation. He is a great communicator, very good at explaining things, and very knowledgeable. Before leaving for another client, he drained the hot water from the furnace. He rescheduled a routine maintenance for another client, returned to our house a few hours later, and replaced a very corroded pipe that wonâ  t last another day. We got a dry furnace just 10 minutes before the appraiserâ  s appointment! Highly recommended.

Great service-- I highly recommend ..we connected through Angies list. He got right in touch with me straight away.. we made arrangements for him to come to my home to fix my furnace..within 3 hours of our first contact, he diagnosed and fixed my problem on the spot. A mouse crawled into my control board in the unit, electrocuted and shorted out the control board. John was able to find the short, solder a new path and save the control board. most other guys would have upsold me on the need to totally replace the board at 3 times the cost of this quick, honest repair..again I highly recommend this Pro..

I just moved to Westchester so when I realized I needed my humidifier on my forced air system checked I was nervous on who to trust. After talking with a few different contractors I selected John and I m glad I did. He was personable, real and didnt try to sell me on anything. He was able to identify and solve my problem right away and I would recommend him to anyone who asks. I plan on using him again.

Furnace failed during coldsnap, John was knocking on my door in less than 30 minutes with tools in hand. I typically can't get a pizza that fast. Obviously responsive, very knowledgeable and very willing to walk a first time homeowner through the ins and outs of a heating system installed roughly around WWII. Reasonably priced and moreover, just a pleasant guy. Highly recommend.
