JDog Junk Removal & Hauling Capital Region

I hired JDJR in the Columbus, GA area in late Nov. 2023. My instinct was not to hire them, dont believe the veteran hype, but a family member needed help and my time was short. The appointment was setup. The morning of the afternoon appointment, they called wanting to move it up. I explained why I could not do that. When they arrived they were discourteous, arrogant, rude, and condescending. They did not detail or explain the pricing nor how they came to the price they quoted which was half a truck. It was so obvious that they lied, they had to hide the back of the truck from me when I walked outside. These people do not have integrity, they are not veterans (maybe the owners are, but the others are not), they are not in uniforms, they are in Army surplus clothing to pretend to be veterans. I think this self righteous idiot was mad because the appt. was not moved so he was vindictive toward me. What an ***! Ripped me off about $200 best I can figure. Run away from these people! They are horrible!

Outstanding service! They accommodated my request on short notice, on a holiday weekend. The owner sent multiple texts giving me arrival updates. The 2 men who came were very professional and efficient. My late aunt’s furniture was out in the truck in 30 minutes! HIGHLY RECOMMEND JDog Junk Removal..support a vet owned company!!

Hired JDog on Thursday and they were able to come the next day for mattress removal. They showed up on time and called ahead. The gentlemen were very courteous and kind. Will definitely recommend them to friends and family and will use them again in the future!
