Great customer service from the start all the way to the end. Everything on-time. They provide a better warranty, so you get more value for your money. The job was done clean, even made sure the damage to the lawn is minimized. Cleaned everything back to normal, things looked as if nothing had happened, but it did! :-)

Very responsive. Gave me estimate with a free video inspection and written quote. Responded to questions quickly. Work was done exactly when they said it would be. They were neat and professional. I chose the TrenchFree system. There was very minimal household water disruption.

They were fantastic. Very fast, courteous, worked very hard. I didn't want soil stacked on my new lawn so they managed to place a small trailer in the street and stacked all the soil on it. Very competitive price, much lower than 2 other quotes I got from places which weren't associated with ServiceMagic.

Freddy was very reponsive. Seemed knowledgeable. Worked with us to reduce costs for the repair of a broken sewer line. And got the job done. He also returned about a month later for a problem related to the original cause of the break, roots.

They were amazing, giving us up-to-date info on the project and explaining our options to us when unexpected situations occurred (like finding out that the lateral sewer couldn't be connected to the main pipe because it was made of orange burg). They gave us a great price on the sewer as well. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.

Noticed a leak in my water main under my driveway on Sunday. Found JD on Servicemagic and called. Juan was at my house the next day, Monday, at 8 am as promised. He said he could fix the leak the same day without damaging any concrete or landscape. His price for repair was also reasonable and he provided a lifetime warranty on all his work. They were very prompt and professional and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The supervisor returned my call promptly and arrived at the job site on-time. He was very knowledgable and worked with me to decide on the right course of action for the job. The workers arrived on-time and completed the job ahead of schedule. The quality of the work was excellent. They are one of a few companies who do trenchless piping which saved a lot of time and money on this job. It was a huge advantage to not have to bust up concrete walkways to replace a broken pipe. Their prices are very fair.

JD Plumbing inspected our 50 year old sewer line with a camera and found it mostly obstructed with calcite deposits. The sewer line passes under our entry way and front sidewalk, which were replaced last year. JD Plumbing used their trenchless technology to replace the line without disturbing the entry way or sidewalk. This job was done in one day and passed city inspection the following day. We highly recommend them for their excellent work and especially for the minimal disruption to our property.
