Our appointment times was set. 2 hour window. In the middle of that time they called to say the would be late or need to postpone. The communication was nice, but it would have been better to keep the scheduled appointment time. In the end the tech needed to go back to his shop twice for parts. A job which should have been completed about 10am dragged on until 5pm. In the end the work was good and their communication was good, but I think I paid some of his time driving back and forth which should not have been my problem.

Will use again for other projects

From office personnel to technician they are personable and friendly. They also know what they are doing.

I had to have a seismic automatic shut-off valve installed in a hurry due to the demands of my insurance company. Michael from JD's was able to do a great job quickly. Have now become my plumbers.

The shower in my son's bathrooms had poor water pressure and it was difficult to adjust the water temperature. I had JD come out and look at it. He checked the water pressure which was normal. He sent two of his plumbers to replace the shower trim in both of my bathrooms as they were old and needed replacement. The plumbers did a good job. Both showers are now working properly.
