Jackie was recommended to me by name. He came to my house correctly diagnosed the problem gave me some good advice and got the part and had the refrigerator fixed the next day! He was professional and competent. On a side not he is extremely honest! I had overpaid him a $100 unbeknownst to me, he called me ask me about and bright the money back! He didnà ¢à  à  t have to do it and that shows the manà ¢à  à  s character! I would highly RECOMEND Jackie for any repair, thanks again Jackie see you in the future à °à  à  à Â

Jackie is super friendly, smart and efficient. He has done at least 3 jobs for us. I keep his number handy. All around great guy!

Jackie was friendly, and very competent. I had a problem with ventilation and the dryer hose, which he took care of quickly. He was slightly delayed for our appointment but kept in constant touch with me to let me know what was happening . That was very thoughtful. I would definitely use his services again for any appliance problems that come up.

We were extremely happy with Jackie's work. He worked quickly but visited amiably with us as he worked and explained what was wrong with our washer and what was required to repair the problem. After he had gone I realized that I should have asked him to look at then gasket on the garage refrigerator and give us an estimate on replacing it. I phoned him and he returned after completing his next service call to give us an estimate and order the replacement parts. He was back in less than next week to fix that problem for us. It's a comfort to know that there is a person who is so pleasant to have in your home who is available to call when problems arise.

Jackie is amazing! We had him come and remove an existing dishwasher, replace with a new one and haul away the old one. He was friendly, super knowledgeable knew exactly what he was doing. He was talkative with our kids and they liked watching him do his work. I am SO thankful for being connected to Jackie. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him for anything.

Jacky was a joy to work with and is very into what he does. He has an excellent knowledge of appliance and actually helped us out with our missing refrigerator parts as well. When even GE could not help us he did and very quickly. I wouldn't use anyone else. His communication was also excellent.

He ordered a part for my microwave and did not charge me in advance for it. It turns out the part did not fix the microwave, and although he spent 2 1/2 hours at my house trying to fix it, he did not charge me for labor. I did reimburse him the cost of the part. It was an old machine, and we were making one last ditch effort to not have to replace it. At least we & he tried!!
