JEB3 Construction, Inc.

We chose JEB3 Construction for our whole-home renovation, and we?re happy with the finished house. It?s still our home, but so much has changed that we find ourselves stopping to look around and take it in. This project meant a lot to us. Thank you to the people who put their time and work into it?we appreciate seeing it all come together.

Very happy with the primary suite addition JEB3 Construction completed for us. Adding a bedroom and bathroom is a significant change, and it?s exciting to see that space become part of our home. Looking at the finished addition makes it easier to appreciate how much went into the project. We?re glad we moved forward with it and are enjoying the result.

We worked with JEB3 Construction on both our kitchen and bathroom, and we?re pleased with how they turned out. Updating those two rooms made a noticeable difference to the house. It?s nice having both projects finished and being able to enjoy the changes. Each room has its own look, but seeing everything completed together is what makes it feel worth doing. Thanks to everyone involved.

We had JEB3 Construction convert our garage into an ADU. Looking at it now, it?s hard to believe it used to be a garage. That transformation is probably what stands out most to us about the project. We?re really happy with the finished space and glad we decided to make this change to our property. A lot went into it, and we appreciate the work.

Our primary bathroom is finished, and we love how it turned out. JEB3 Construction handled the remodel, and we?re happy with the change. Updating a room you use every day is something you really get to enjoy once the work is done. It feels good to have this project completed and to be pleased with the result. Thank you!

A full home remodel is a big undertaking, and we?re happy with the result of ours with JEB3 Construction. There?s so much to take in when several rooms change at once. We still look through our old photos and compare them with the house now. Seeing the whole project come together has been really satisfying. We appreciate everyone?s work on our home.

We used JEB3 Construction for an addition to our home. Now that it?s done, we?re happy we made the decision to add the space. It changes the house in a way you can really appreciate when you walk through it. This was a big project for us, and we?re pleased with the outcome. Thanks to the team for all the work that went into our addition.

Our ADU with JEB3 Construction is finished, and we?re very pleased with the result. Building a separate living space is a major project, so walking into it once it was complete was a pretty special moment. It?s a lot different seeing an actual building than looking at plans. We appreciate everyone who worked on it and helped make this project happen.

Really happy with our bathroom remodel! We hired JEB3 Construction for the project, and it?s nice to finally see everything finished and together. You spend time thinking about the different choices, but it?s hard to picture the final result until it?s actually there. We?re pleased with how ours turned out and glad we decided to do the full remodel.

We had our kitchen remodeled by JEB3 Construction, and we?re really happy with how it turned out. The kitchen is such a big part of the house, so this project meant a lot to us. Now that it?s finished, it?s nice to take a step back and appreciate the change. Thank you to everyone who worked on it and helped bring everything together!

We hired Jeb3 for a near total tear down and renovation of our house. From the beginning till end, Rudy was available and highly communicative. He resolved any issues that came during the project. His crew we all pleasant to work with and we highly recommend them for any large or small project. The project had many major unforeseen challenges along the way but every single challenge was met with solutions from Rudy. This company is very fair with pricing and work with any budget.

We just finished a 1,200 sq ft ADU in Sunnyvale with JEB3 Construction, and I’m genuinely happy with how the whole project went. Sean was on top of everything from the first walkthrough—organized, clear about the process, and realistic about timeline and budget. He handled the job the way you want an ADU contractor to handle it: planning, scheduling, inspections, and all the small details that can turn into headaches if the builder isn’t paying attention. Communication was solid the entire time. When something came up, Sean didn’t disappear or make excuses—he explained the options, gave pricing upfront, and kept things moving. The quality of the work is strong: framing, drywall, finishes, and overall fit/finish came out clean. The site was kept surprisingly tidy for a full build, and the crew was respectful. If you’re looking for an ADU builder in Sunnyvale, California, and want a contractor that actually follows through, I’d recommend Sean and JEB3 Construction 100%.

After years of making do with a tired builder‑grade bath, we finally decided to remodel our primary bathroom. We hired a local contractor in Palo Alto, and the experience was surprisingly smooth. From the first meeting with rudy through final clean‑up, the crew showed up on time, protected our floors and kept the job site tidy. The owner was on site everyday. One thing that made this feel like a custom project was how closely they listened to our wish list. We wanted a modern, spa‑like feel without sacrificing storage or durability. They suggested a freestanding soaking tub by the window, a big walk‑in shower with a frameless glass door, and two separate vanities with dark‑stained cabinets and quartz counters. The shower now has floor‑to‑ceiling tile and a rainfall head that’s quickly become everyone’s favorite. Little touches like soft‑close drawers, recessed LED lights and polished chrome faucets make the room feel finished and solid. The project took about three weeks from demolition to the last coat of paint. The only hiccup was a delayed custom mirror delivery, which pushed the final walkthrough by a couple of days, but the team kept us in the loop and still wrapped up on the original timeline. Overall we’re thrilled with the results. The space feels bigger and brighter, and the quality of the tile work and carpentry holds up to scrutiny. If you’re in Palo Alto looking for a trustworthy contractor for a bathroom remodel, this job should give you confidence – it’s not just pretty pictures, it’s a well‑built, functional space we use every day. Definitely recommend Rudy and is company jeb3 construction.

Rudy did a great job, no complaints whatsoever!
