As a small business owner I not only run my business, I live it. Your call comes into my office which is in my home. I will respond to your call as promptly as possible. Because of our size we do not offer 24 hour or seven day a week service.I do pledge however to answer you honestly when you call. If my schedule is booked I will tell you and not keep you waiting indefinitely.If I'm going to be late for an appointment I will call you. There are times when we can respond immediately.
