Gutters & Downspouts Cleaning Service
I would have liked to see photos of the gutter work being as how I canâ t see without getting up there myself. I didnâ t think to ask of this upfront, though. My experience with them was quick response, fast quoting, friendly service-oriented. I would hire them again for other work.

Gutters & Downspouts Cleaning Service
When power washing rain gutter they will come away from the house if they were nailed. They power washed and did not ensure the gutters were secure back to the house and left. I called them about it before the storm however they still have not returned to secure the rain gutters back to the house.
Response from JEJ Solutions, LLC
"Sorry for heard that Mr Jackson, however the nails were not pulled back because the pressure wash. They were like that already before cleaning your gutters. We offered to pull these nails back at no charge as soon as we could. We?ll try to do it this week. Thank you, JEJ"

I put in a request in the wee hours on Wed the day Hurricane Laura was suppose to arrive to my surprise he said they could come out the same day. I agreed and got my gutters cleaned before the anticipated time of the storm, for which I was very grateful. Great service, very reliable, job well done.
