He was right on time got to work, answered my questions and was very knowledgeable. We just moved into this house, and not familiar with all the workings. While he was looking around he found an open gas line that could have exploded. He capped the line off for us and I am eternally grateful for that.

I hired JEM Comfort Care to install a furnace and a/c unit. They were very knowledgeable, respectful and friendly. They exercised patience and professionalism in the removal of my old furnace and was careful not to damage anything in my home. Heat not working on a Sunday. JEM got back to me quickly. Never used them before. Had a tech (Rick Scott) here in a few hours, when promised. Very professional, knowledgeable, and after checking a few things diagnosed the problem. Will definitely be my first call for any future Heat or AC needs. Price was extremely reasonable for a service call, especially considering it was a Sunday. Highly recommend them....

My A/C issue was was not the ususal "emergency", however, JEM scheduled a prompt appointment. The Service Rep, Rick Scott was not only professional but very personable and congenial. He promptly attended to the problem and quickly resolved the issue. Before leaving he also gave me good advice regarding future service. Charges were very reasonable.

Their technician, Rick Scott, was exceptional. Very knowledgeable and an outstanding hard worker. He personally installed our split system heat pump into a sunroom addition to our home. We specifically requested for a Mitsubishi 1-ton system (MSZ-FH12NA indoor model paired with a MUZ-FH12NA outdoor unit). We got estimate from 5 different contractors and JEM Comfort Care offered the fairest price and warranty. Go to their website directly and if you're a first time customer, they will deduct 10% off too. We will use JEM Comfort Care for future Heating/Cooling installation and maintenance work.

They came out the same day I called eve though they were. Dry busy. The tech diagnosed the problem very quickly. He showed up on time. He called when he was on his way as promised. He gave me a fair price. They also give free estimates. He explained everything he was doing in detail. Definitely would use again!

They were fantastic. I received a phone call and they agreed to come out for a free evaluation and diagnostic. They were very nice and helpful. It wasn't even our unit! It was just some wiring! They could have told me my whole unit was blown and I never would have known. Absolutely fantastic!
