Outstanding work

Wish I never chose JEM for my patio project. They did not cover the area which is standard when trees are nearby. They did not return the next day as promised to inspect for any required resurfacing. This resulted in many leaf prints on the surface which they do not know how to repair; attempts have been sloppy and sub par. Am now left with a horrible patio, with resurfacing material that is chipping and cracking everywhere. Now he is accusing us of chipping it with a hammer! This guy will do whatever he can to avoid you once he gets paid!!! My job was done in Oct 2020 and is still not right. Will incur a huge cost to get proper repairs done.

Very satisfied with the work. Would recommend to all my friends and families. Mike was just awesome to work with and completed our project to our satisfaction. Thank you!
