My only issues were the nails that were left behind that we continue to find.

They worked hard before and after the Thanksgiving Holiday to get things finished.

Really nice company to deal with. Really nice consultant. Good people. Quick, efficient and friendly. Clean up was great. Looks really great.

Eric, the owner is very nice. Unfortunately, the crew hardly spoke a word of English and it was impossible to communicate with them. I did everything possible to prep to make the job easy. They had no respect for our home and there were many things that needed to be fixed. Poor workmanship. Looking at the other reviews, this was one of those jobs that didn't go right.

Awesome job! I can't believe how good my roof looks. Nothing could be better. They arrived on time and got to work right away. They ripped off two layers of shingles and carried away an enormous amount of old roofing. They installed new ridge vents and covered the openings where the old vents had been. It looks so good! Afterwards they picked up all the left over garbage and stray nails. I am so glad that I chose J.E.M. to do this job. Eric runs a top-notch company and has excellent customer service. I would definitely hire again.

Very good customer service, sales rep (Michael) was professional, polite, and stayed in contact for the right amount of time (wasn't absent or overbearing, just right.) The project took 1.5 days, which from what I understand is uncommon, but it was mid November so the days were pretty short. Great color selection for architectural shingles by Certainteed (would have preferred Owens Corning, but offered selection was comparable.) Roofers replaced sheeting where necessary and used synthetic underlayment and 2 rows of ice & water barrier on the areas required.

They did a great job.....they had everything done in one day I was surprised.

I hired this company to replace 35 windows, tear off and replace wood siding with vinyl, wrap trim and facia and install new gutters with toppers. The windows were all replaced in 13 hours... Wow.. The siding tear off and install took 9 days.gutter and toppers a few hours. This was all within the time frame that we had been given. There work was excellent and the cleanup was thorough. The price was better than expected. I would recommend this company.

Went the extra steps to make sure I was satisfied. Siding job was difficult despite house more than 3/4 brick due to vine removal and multiple windows, three of them dormer. They worked diligently in 95 plus heat. Looks fantastic.

I did not go with metal but did go with 30 yr warranty better quality shingles. Work was accomplished in one day with a team of workers who did quality work. I have never seen a crew of workers do such a fabulous job and never wasted any time or materials!! Do you need a roofing job or other improvement to your property? Do give JEM a call. You will not be sorry!! Also the owners of this company will make sure everything done by their workers satisfy the customer completely...

Professional group of people to work with, rep stayed in touch throughout work, great clean up, roof looks excellent.

Customer services was excellent. There were a few problems but Eric took care of them in a timely fashion and everything was perfectly done. I would recommend. Replaced all my windows and siding.

Not only are they extremely professional, they really care about customer satisfaction! They explained everything in detail. They stood by what they said. The crew was fantastic! They were professional yet personable and so fast! T I love my new roof and I have been telling everyone about JEM! I will certainly use them for all my roofing needs!

Guys who gave me an appraisal were very nice and professional. Job was done extremely fast and well. Would recommend, and will go through them for future repairs or upgrades.

Highly recommend the Contractor for this kind of work. They also found and fixed outside issues that were a part of the house. If their was a question or problem, they were available. to answer questions.

Eric was very good a sales rep. The showed up with they said they would and did a very good job. We plan to use them again.
